Double-layer cabinets are more practical

Many customers like to choose the design of cabinets and buckets on the outside of the platform bed, because the cabinets and buckets are convenient to use and can be opened to store and take things out at any time. The general platform is 400mm high, but sometimes in order to match the guests’ living habits, storage needs, room layout and window sill height, 500 or 600mm high platforms are ordered. However, this size is a bit too deep for cabinets. It is deep and not easy to use, so in this case, you can choose the double-layer cabinet design.

Double-layer cabinet buckets can ensure that the depth of the cabinet buckets is maintained at a useful size and will not be too deep, because cabinet buckets are usually used to place small items or thin clothing, such as pajamas, underwear, socks, toys, etc., so cabinet buckets If the depth is too deep, it will be difficult to access items, which will affect the practicality of the cabinet and bucket. The bedside cabinet eliminates the need to sleep under the air conditioner

Since the bedroom space is not large, there are not many options for changing the position of the bed, and the position of the air conditioner is also fixed. In order to prevent the bedside from being directly under the air conditioner, a small bedside cabinet can be used to separate the air conditioner from the bedside, making guests more comfortable while sleeping. Staircase and window sill cabinets provide excellent storage

If the height of the platform bed is high, in order to make it easier to get on and off the bed, we generally recommend that customers build an extra level of platform or stair cabinets. Of course, these locations can also be used as convenient storage spaces! The stair cabinet uses a lift-off door, which will not scratch the feet. We use 18mm thick solid wood core plywood, which is strong and durable, and is very stable when walking on it.

The window cabinets along the window sill can not only store things, but also flatten the lines of the room, making the overall layout straight and easy to arrange.

Use the wardrobe as a bedside table to save space and have something to rely on

Traditional Chinese Feng Shui theory says that a bedroom should have a “backing”, which can be a bedside table or headboard against the wall. But if you want to save space and run out of storage space, you can use a wardrobe as a bedside table. It can use up the floor height of the room for storage and is in line with Feng Shui. In addition, even the storage space on the highest level of the wardrobe can be reached by standing on the bed, making it easier to get things.

For storage space close to the mattress, you can choose a flip-down cabinet door or sliding door design, so that the mattress and pillows will not hinder the opening of the cabinet door.
